Urea prices in Turkey have declined notably in the first half of July 2025, following lower seasonal demand, increased supply from Russia, Iran, and Central Asia, and ongoing currency fluctuations in the Turkish Lira.
Market reports show that granular urea (46% nitrogen) is now trading around $280–$295 per ton (CFR Mersin), which reflects a 7–9% drop compared to June 2025 levels.
“Importers are more cautious right now,” said a fertilizer distributor in Bursa. “Stock levels are high and there’s pressure on pricing across the board.”
